Out-of-court dispute resolution
In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, out-of-court dispute resolution is available on application before the Bar Association of Celle (pursuant to Section 73(2) no. 3 in conjunction with Section 73(5) BRAO) or before the Arbitration Board of the Legal Profession (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft, Section 191f BRAO) at the German Federal Bar, which can be found via the website of the German Federal Bar (www.brak.de, email: schlichtungsstelle(at)brak(dot)de).
